Returns and Refunds Policy
What make our products unique to the market are the materials and craftmanship of recycled or aged wood. We do not provide refunds for any reasonable detrition, discolouration or natural defects in the items purchased as this is what creates character. Majority of our furniture is made from Tropical Hardwood species; some minor cracking for the dry climate in Australia is expected over time.
If you wish to return any item(s) you have purchased, you can either return the item(s) via post to the address below or in person to our Tullamarine (Vic) store within 7 days from the date of delivery. Return postage costs will be at the Purchaser’s expense, unless the item(s) returned is faulty or not as ordered. In this instance, postage will be reimbursed by Bali Abundance after we have been notified of the fault and the items are returned. Please contact our friendly staff on 03 9077 2357 or email firstname.lastname@example.org if your wish to return an item. Please note, we will not reimburse international or express services. In some instances we may request photos or documentation to be sent through prior to the return of your item.
We encourage you to return your parcel via traceable postal services as all returned parcels remain the responsibility of the purchaser until received by Bali Abundance. A refund or exchange will not be provided until the goods are received at the address below.
Items on 'Sale' will not be exchanged for a change of mind. Credit notes cannot be exchanged or refunded and will expire 3 months from the purchase date. There are no refunds on 'SECOND' items.
If you change your mind on a purchase, we will exchange your item or provide a credit voucher. You must return the item within 7 days (inclusive) from the date you received the goods or placed a deposit to purchase goods.
