Due to the current situation around the world we are still shipping out. In the event that we are closed and unable to ship we will ship your orders at the earliest time possible. In the meantime orders are still being processed and going out daily. Please allow for extra time on your deliveries if the situation progresses. We reserve the right to extend delivery time in the event that we are required to close for a period or Aus Post uncontrollable timeframes by Aus Post.

Due to the demand of sending our items Australia Wide, we have created some strong relationships with a range of logistics providers. We will happily quote, book and co-ordinate the collection on your behalf providing you are happy with the quote provided.

Australian Deliveries - Non fragile small items under 20kgs
We can deliver Australia Wide to your door or PO Box with track & trace capabilities. Your tracking number will be provided when the item has been dispatched. If you require a faster delivery service please phone us to see what we can do for you (03) 90772357.
International Deliveries - Non Fragile small items under 20kgs
Bali Abundance use Australia Post to courier our items internationally.
If you require freight of one of our mirrors please contact us on (03) 90772357 or email@example.com for a Pack N Send Quote which includes fragile packaging and insurance. We require your suburb and postcode for accurate quotation.
Crating - Basin's, Pots, Statues
If you would like to arrange transport of these item to a rural or interstate location, we have found that a custom crate and ordinary transport provider may be a cheaper option than a removalist. For a Fee of $25.00 we will bubble wrap and build a custom timber open crate.
Please contact us with your suburb and postcode if you would like a courier quote. You are transporting this item at your own risk; we will do everything possible to secure the item within a crate to withstand transit.
Returns and Refunds Policy
What make our products unique to the market are the materials and craftmanship of recycled or aged wood. We do not provide refunds for any reasonable detrition, discolouration or natural defects in the items purchased as this is what creates character. Majority of our furniture is made from Tropical Hardwood species; some minor cracking for the dry climate in Australia is expected over time.
If you wish to return any item(s) you have purchased, you can either return the item(s) via post to the address below or in person to our Tullamarine (Vic) store within 7 days from the date of delivery. Return postage costs will be at the Purchaser’s expense, unless the item(s) returned is faulty or not as ordered. In this instance, postage will be reimbursed by Bali Abundance after we have been notified of the fault and the items are returned. Please contact our friendly staff on 03 9077 2357 or email firstname.lastname@example.org if your wish to return an item. Please note, we will not reimburse international or express services. In some instances we may request photos or documentation to be sent through prior to the return of your item.
We encourage you to return your parcel via traceable postal services as all returned parcels remain the responsibility of the purchaser until received by Bali Abundance. A refund or exchange will not be provided until the goods are received at the address below.
Items on 'Sale' will not be exchanged for a change of mind. Credit notes cannot be exchanged or refunded and will expire 3 months from the purchase date. There are no refunds on 'SECOND' items.
If you change your mind on a purchase, we will exchange your item or provide a credit voucher. You must return the item within 7 days (inclusive) from the date you received the goods or placed a deposit to purchase goods.
